Our proprietary software automates the auditing of parcel invoices (from FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post etc.) for large companies and recovers overcharges from scenarios like invoice rate errors, duplicate package charges, cost recovery for lost or damaged packages and, of course the refund of shipment charges when a money-back guaranteed delivery arrives late by the carrier.
